1. Operator
Omniloud is operated by DROPP-X Daniel Jedrzejak, Mostki 8, 63-507 Mostki, Poland, VAT ID: PL5140359181 ("Omniloud", "we"). Contact: [email protected].
2. The service
Omniloud is a content & visibility operating system — a software platform that plans, produces, publishes and measures brand content across channels (articles, video, social posts, ads and search visibility). The platform is currently invite-only; this website is informational. By using the website or the platform you accept these terms.
3. Access and accounts
Access is granted individually by invitation. During the invite-only phase we may grant, refuse, suspend or revoke access at our discretion. You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for all activity under your account.
4. Your content
You retain all rights to the content you create with or upload to Omniloud. You grant us only the licence necessary to operate the service for you — to process, store, render and, at your direction, publish that content. Omniloud publishes nothing without an approval step controlled by you.
5. Acceptable use
You must not use Omniloud for unlawful content or activity, attempt to breach the security or integrity of the service, or attempt to access data of other tenants. We may suspend access that endangers the service or other customers.
6. Third-party platforms
Publishing through Omniloud to third-party platforms (social networks, marketplaces, search engines) is additionally subject to those platforms' terms. You are responsible for the content you approve for publication.
7. Availability and liability
During the invite-only phase the service is provided "as is", without a guarantee of uninterrupted availability. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability arising from or related to the service is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the 12 months preceding the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by Polish law. Disputes will be resolved by the court competent for the operator's registered office, without prejudice to any mandatory provisions granting consumers a different forum.
9. Changes
We may update these terms as the service evolves. Material changes will be announced to account holders in advance and posted here with a new effective date.
